Service Description

This consultation will focus on the specific needs of your business and help us understand more about your organisation. We will consider: - Current Practises - Any related problems that may need solved - The specifics of your organisation and it's culture/industry - Your goals and objectives for psychological safety and overall staff wellbeing - How you may wish to plan longer term training This consultation includes a 2-page A4 summary report, including some suggestions for immediate implementation (where appropriate). The summary report will be sent within 24 hours of the consultation ending.
