This consultation will focus on one specific business wellbeing challenge. We will work together to define the problem, and develop a plan to work on this challenge. Dr Elaine Smith may offer resources or signpost to services where necessary. You may be having difficulty with employee engagement, high sickness absence rates, or you just want to work on your well-being strategy. All we need is one specific focus, and to bring our curious and creative minds to the session. It is a safe, non-judgemental space to explore the challenge, to help you leave the session feeling somewhat inspired to take action.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for One-Off Online Consultation (BYOB) Service Overview The online consultation will be conducted via [Zoom/Other Platform] and will last 60 minutes. The service provided is a one-off consultation, designed to offer expert advice, guidance, or assessment relevant to your business needs. This service is not intended as ongoing therapy or treatment and should not be construed as such. 2. Fees and Payment The cost for the session is £499 plus VAT. Full payment is required prior to the consultation. Payment confirms the booking. Any additional services requested, such as written reports or follow-up consultations, will be charged separately at a pre-agreed rate. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy If the consultation needs to be canceled or rescheduled, the following conditions apply: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the full fee being charged. In the event of unforeseen technical issues, a rescheduled session or an alternative method of consultation (e.g., telephone) will be offered. If the alternative is not utilized, the session is still chargeable at the full rate. 4. Confidentiality and Data Protection All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to individuals. Dr. Elaine Smith (EAS Psychology Services Ltd) complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures that all client data is handled securely and confidentially. 5. Liability Dr. Elaine Smith (EAS Psychology Services Ltd)’s total liability under or in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed £1,000,000. The company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, business, or data. 6.
