1:1 Therapy For Work-Related Stress/Burnout 

I offer 1:1 sessions online to experiencing work-related stress or burnout. Alternatively, you may be looking to prevent your job impacting negatively, so proactively using therapy to look after your mental health and wellbeing. 

You may attend therapy to support yourself through a period of change such as a promotion, redundancy, or a new job. 

There can be many reasons (often a combination) that bring you to therapy. We will develop a psychological formulation to help make sense of your story. 

We will work alongside each other at a pace that feels right to you. 


£150 per 50 minute session (self-funding)

I also accept insurance: BUPA, Axa PPP, Aviva, Healix.  

What To Expect In 1:1 Sessions

  • Creating a safe and confidential place to talk, is essential. I understand that attending therapy can feel daunting, and I am skilled at supporting you every step of the way.

  • The initial sessions are usually focused on gathering information and co-creating a psychological formulation with you. This is a way of summarising your difficulties, which informs how we proceed in therapy.

  • The types of difficulties I can help you with are:

      - Relationship Difficulties at Work

      - Procrastination 

      - Confidence and Self-Esteem

      - Performance Anxiety
