Leadership Transformation Programme (£2,400): A comprehensive 8-session programme over four months to provide deep psychological support, enhance resilience, and cultivate long-term leadership effectiveness. Perfect for those seeking profound, sustained growth in their leadership journey.

Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, while workshops can range from half a day to a full day, depending on the needs of the organisation or group.

Yes, I offer fully customised training and workshops tailored to your organisation's specific challenges and goals. I’ll work with you to understand your needs before any session to ensure the content is relevant, practical, and impactful.

I accept payments via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided during the booking process, ensuring a seamless transaction.

15. Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

Yes, I offer discounted rates for group bookings. If you're booking multiple sessions or workshops for your team or organisation, feel free to contact me directly to discuss pricing and available options.

16. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop, I ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer alternative times and ensure smooth scheduling for everyone.

Yes, I offer follow-up support after training and workshops to help you apply what you’ve learned and continue your development. You can book additional sessions for ongoing guidance and feedback as needed.

My leadership retreats are designed to provide a transformative experience for senior leaders, combining psychological support, leadership development, and stress management. These retreats offer a peaceful environment for reflection, personal growth, and team-building, helping leaders return to their roles with a renewed sense of purpose and resilience.

20. Where are your retreats held?
The retreats are typically held at luxurious venues in Scotland, such as Whitekirk Hill, Gleneagles, and other select venues. Each location is chosen for its peaceful atmosphere and ability to facilitate reflection and growth.

 

21. What is included in the leadership retreat experience?
Each retreat includes a combination of (either) a leadership development or nervous system reset session with Dr Elaine Smith,
outdoor adventure, and ample time for reflection in the spa. Activities are tailored to focus on leadership resilience, wellbeing, and team-building, and are designed to give you both personal insights and practical tools for enhancing your leadership.

22. Who leads the retreats?
The retreats are led by myself, Dr. Elaine Smith, along with my business partner, Scott Smith, co-founder of Think Resilience Ltd. Scott leads outdoor adventure activities designed to build team cohesion, resilience, and leadership strength.

23. How long do the retreats last?
Our retreats typically last for 1 day, offering an immersive experience where leaders can disconnect from the demands of everyday life and focus on personal and professional growth. There is an option to extend the retreat on request and we can design a bespoke experience especially for you. 

24. Is accommodation provided for the retreat?
Yes, accommodation can provided at the retreat venue for those travelling further afield. The location is chosen for its comfort, luxury, and the opportunity to relax in a tranquil environment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience. Booking is directly with Whitekirk Hill.

25. Can I attend a retreat if I’m not the CEO or an executive?
Our retreats are primarily designed for senior leaders and executives, but we are happy to discuss individual cases. If you're a rising leader or part of a leadership team, please reach out to see if the retreat is suitable for you.
